Definitions
1. We / Us / Our” refers to Singham Shopfronts & Shutters LTD.
2. Customer / You / Your” refers to any person or entity who purchases or attempts to purchase goods or services from us.
3. Products / Goods” refers to shopfronts, shutters, parts, or related items sold by us.
4. Services” refers to installation, repair, maintenance, design, or other work we perform.
Acceptance of Orders
1. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason
2. No contract is formed until we send you a confirmation (via email or in writing).
Pricing & Payment
1. Prices are as quoted on our website or in our communications, excluding taxes and delivery charges unless otherwise specified.
2. We may change prices at any time, but you will be charged the price in effect at the time your order is accepted.
3. Payment must be made via the methods we specify (e.g., bank transfer, card, etc.).
4. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation or delay of your order, and you may be charged interest or fees
Delivery, Installation & Risk
1. Delivery times or installation schedules are approximate. We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.
2. Once delivered (or installed) to your premises, risk of loss or damage passes to you, unless caused by our negligence during installation.
3. You must inspect goods upon delivery or installation and notify us within [e.g. 48 hours] of any defects, damage, or incorrect items. If you fail to do so, you will be deemed to have accepted them.
Warranties & Limitations
1. We warrant that products will correspond to their description and be free from material defects under normal use for a period of [e.g. 12 months / 2 years / as per product specification].
